The challenge
Telehealth tools forced patients to install apps and create accounts before every visit, driving no-shows and support calls. Providers needed something a patient could join from a text message, yet still meet strict HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements.
Our solution
A zero-install platform built around a single personal room link. Patients join straight from the browser into a branded waiting room; providers admit them, run end-to-end encrypted video with screen share, and manage records, schedules, and consultations from one clean dashboard — all without a download on either side.
